SERV Behavioral Health System’s Chief
Financial Officer James J. Rose received an award Oct. 26 for being named a finalist in NJBIZ magazine’s 2010 CFO of the Year program, which celebrates New Jersey’s financial executives at all levels who contribute to the success of the state’s economic growth and stability.
Mr. Rose is responsible for managing the finances and accounting for SERV Behavioral Health System and all affiliated entities as well as all insurance, banking and administrative contract negotiations.
He and his wife Janet Mercer Rose and daughter Kimberly Carroll were among the 400 guests at an Awards Ceremony breakfast at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset. Also at the event were SERV President and CEO Gary Van Nostrand and management staff, and representatives from financial and insurance institutions with whom Mr. Rose does business for SERV.
Mr. Rose was among eight finalists in the category of CFO-Large Nonprofits. The CFO of the Year award was presented to John DiAngelo of South Jersey Healthcare.
